This is a 7 second Snapchat ad for Pandora Jewelry that ran during the 2016 holiday season.  The "Meet Me Under the Mistletoe" geofilter ran in tandem, targeting shopping centers nationwide. "Treat Yourself" and "My Fall Style" ran in November.
